The ancient Trullo at the origin
Of Tuscan origins Alessia and of Lombard origins Matteo, we met, met and fell in love in this wonderful land of Puglia one summer evening 10 years ago and since then, the dream has never stopped growing, just like our little girl Alice, from which the Trulli got their name.

In the heart of the Itria Valley, just outside Ceglie Messapica, among majestic centuries-old olive trees and red earth, we came across these characteristic dry stone rural buildings, built by farmers to serve as warehouses or temporary shelters and so, with enthusiasm , commitment and perseverance, this incredible journey has begun that we have decided to share with you.

Today the Trulli di Alice are surrounded by over 9 hectares of land: the structure has – between trulli and lamie – 4 accommodations, a large garden with numerous varieties of fruit trees, a swimming pool, a sun terrace, an organic vegetable garden, the bowling green, a barbecue, a tree house … there are still many projects in the pipeline.
Every year, thanks to our olive groves, we produce what we call the gold of Puglia, our EVO oil “made in Alice’s Trulli”.
